Pilates and Conditioning for Women in Singapore
Our Pilates and Conditioning sessions are by experienced pilates instructors who are pre/post-natal certified and have an interest in treating women throughout the different challenges that present during womanhood.
What to Know Before Your First Session
-
Is Clinical Pilates the same as regular Pilates?
Not quite. Both clinical pilates and regular Pilates use similar equipment and exercises, but they are designed for different goals.
Clinical Pilates is led by a physiotherapist and is tailored to your individual assessment, symptoms and rehabilitation needs. Regular Pilates focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance and overall fitness in a group or private fitness setting.
-
Who is it for?
This is for women who want movement that is tailored to their changing bodies. Our instructors have extensive experience working with women through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond, and many have navigated these life stages themselves. Every session considers factors such as hormonal changes, menstrual cycles, bone and muscle health, so you can move with confidence while working towards your goals.
-
Do I need experience with Pilates?
Not at all. Whether you’re brand new or already active, we meet you where you are. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
-
Will it be personalised?
Yes. You’ll receive a tailored program based on your goals and we’ll adjust it as you progress.
